Bob Rosenbach is the managing shareholder of the firm. His practice is primarily devoted to creditor's rights, consumer, and bankruptcy litigation. Bob's clients include automobile and truck finance companies, aircraft finance companies, and recreational vehicle finance companies.

Bob is a member of the State Bar of Texas; San Antonio Bar Association, San Antonio Bankruptcy Bar Association, and American Counsel Association. Bob has served on the State Bar Grievance Committee and the San Antonio Bar Association Committee. Bob co-authored an article on Forgery, Fraud, and Theft of Identity. Bob is active in the community serving as President of his local high school athletic booster club and coaching youth basketball.
