Randy Tower is the firm's President. In addition to his active litigation practice in both state and federal courts, Randy serves as a mediator and AAA arbitrator. Randy's practice areas include employment law, business and commercial litigation, medical negligence, and health law. Randy was Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law in 1978 by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Randy is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Association of Attorney Mediators, Texas Bar Foundation, San Antonio Bar Association, and Co-Founder and Past President San Antonio American Inns of Court. Randy has served on numerous committees and is a frequent speaker on mediation. He formerly was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was selected from 2006 - 2010 as a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly and as among "The Best Lawyers in San Antonio" by Scene in San Antonio Monthly. He has also been selected for inclusion as one of San Antonio’s Best Lawyers in Scene in San Antonio Monthly Magazine for 2007 in the areas of mediations, arbitrations, labor and employment law. He has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of labor and employment law.
